VCL now requiring VPN to access from Off Campus

The VPN is now required to access the VCL from Off Campus

The Virtual Computer Lab (VCL) now requires the Campus Virtual Private Network (VPN) to be able to access from Off-Campus. The VCL allows students to access the same software that we have in the computer labs from their own machines.  This has been done to address a very specific, active, network threat.

If you are not using the Campus VPN (Global Protect), the site connection will timeout and the site will appear as unavailable.  For more information on the Campus VPN, please visit this ask article.

You will not need to use the Campus VPN if you are accessing from on campus (wired or wireless).
