Mac - SFTP using Cyberduck

How to use Cyberduck on Mac OS.
For Mac OS, we recommend using Cyberduck as an alternative to WinSCP. It can be found at https://cyberduck.io/
Once you have installed it and launched the program:
1) Click "File" in the Menu Bar, then "Open Connection".

2) Select "SFTP" from the drop-down menu, then input the host name or IP address you wish to connect to (terpconnect.umd.edu in this example) as the Server. The port should be automatically set. Then enter your UMD Username and Password (or other password if the host you are connecting to does not , and if you'd like Cyberduck to remember your Username and Password, check the "Add to Keychain" box in the bottom left. Then click "Connect".

3) When the "Unknown fingerprint" warning pops up, check "Always", then click "Allow". This should only pop up the first time you connect to a host/IP from this machine.

4) Upon successful login, you will be taken to your /[username]/home directory. This location will vary depending upon what type of host you connect to. The example here is for terpconnect.umd.edu.

5) Navigate to the folder you wish to download or upload files to. Skip to step 7 if you are not trying to get to your terpconnect.umd.edu pub folder. If you are on terpconnect.umd.edu and you wish to access your pub folder, navigate to your /[username]/pub folder, click on the dropdown menu shown in screenshot 5, then select the folder that ends in /[username].
