PrinterLogic - Installing the Web Browser Extension

Install Printerlogic web extension print printer logic browser extension app

In the event that you need to manually install a web extension for Printerlogic, instructions to do so are as follows. Please follow the instructions for your OS and default browser.

Windows

Chrome

  1. If you are prompted to install the Chrome extension when visiting the management URL https://eitumd.printercloud.com or using the Printerlogic client, click Install.

  2. You should see the screen below after clicking Install.  Click Install Extension.

  3. Now you should see the screen below.  Click Add to Chrome.

  4. This brings up a final screen indicating you should add Printerlogic extension.  Click Add extension.

  5. Now restart the web browser.  If you are prompted to install the Printerlogic client, click here for instructions.

Firefox

  1. If you are prompted to install the Firefox extension when visiting the management URL https://eitumd.printercloud.com or using the Printerlogic client, click Install.

  2. You should see the screen below after clicking Install.  Click Install Extension.

  3. The following popup should appear. Click "Continue to Installation".

  4. You'll then see the popup change to the following. Click "Add".

  5. The popup will then change to the following. Click "Okay".

  6. Now restart the web browser.  If you are prompted to install the Printerlogic client, click here for instructions.

macOS

Chrome

  1. If you are prompted to install the Chrome extension when visiting the management URL https://eitumd.printercloud.com or using the Printerlogic client, click Install.

  2. You should see the screen below after clicking Install.  Click Install Extension.

  3. Now you should see the screen below.  Click Add to Chrome.

  4. This brings up a final screen indicating you should add Printerlogic extension.  Click Add extension.

  5. Now restart the web browser.  If you are prompted to install the Printerlogic client, click here for instructions.

Safari

  1. Ensure that the Printerlogic client is installed and running. You should see the following icon in the toolbar in the top right of your screen:

  2. Open Safari, then click "Safari" > "Settings" in the toolbar at the top left of your screen:

  3. Click "Extensions":

  4. You should see the Printerlogic Extension available. Click the checkbox next to it in order to enable it:

  5. Now restart the web browser.  If you are prompted to install the Printerlogic client, click here for instructions.

Firefox

  1. If you are prompted to install the Firefox extension when visiting the management URL https://eitumd.printercloud.com or using the Printerlogic client, click Install.

  2. You should see the screen below after clicking Install.  Click Install Extension.

  3. The following popup should appear. Click "Continue to Installation".

  4. You'll then see the popup change to the following. Click "Add".
