ArcGIS has made changes to their licensing model.
Due to licensing changes made by ArcGIS, ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcGloble etc.), including GISHydro, will no longer be available via the VCL as of 8/30/2024.
If you still need to use ArcGIS, click here for instructions on how to use the Online version.
