Signing into the Printerlogic Client

Instructions on how to properly sign into the Printerlogic Client

Windows

  1. Ensure that the Printerlogic Client is downloaded - you can do so by opening the system tray (carrot icon in the bottom right of the screen) and checking to see if the Printerlogic client is running.
  2. Right click the Printerlogic Client icon in the system tray.
  3. Click "Login with IDP".
  4. This will open a Microsoft login tab in the computer's default browser.
  5. Log into this window, then complete the Duo prompt.
  6. You should now be logged into the Printerlogic Client.

 

macOS

  1. Ensure that the Printerlogic Client is downloaded - by verifying that the Printlogic icon appears in the Menu bar (top right of the screen).
  2. Left click the Printerlogic menu bar icon.
  3. Click "Login with IDP".
  4. This will open a Microsoft login tab in the computer's default browser.
  5. Log into this window, then complete the Duo prompt.
  6. You should now be logged into the Printerlogic Client.
