Kumo is installed on our undergraduate labs and the VCL. This service is intended to create a seamless drive mapping for our customers who use services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box. This service isn't mandatory for our customers, but many find it helpful to use this to save their files more easily from lab computers.
