Robin Desk Booking Management
To start, there are three categories when selecting a desk: Assigned, Hot, and Hoteled.
Assigned desks are those that are assigned to you by a desk administrator. When assigned a desk, you can set your schedule in advance and, if the administrator allows it, share it with others when you are not in the office. Shared desks are flex desks that can be reserved for a day (even hourly) or multiple days and can be reserved in advance or for that day.
Hot desks can only be reserved on the same day and not in advance.
Hotel desks are similar to hot desks but can be reserved for a day (even hourly) or multiple days, and they can be reserved in advance or for that day.
