An issue when trying to access the Video Lectures from within ELMS/Canvas.
On occasion, some users experience an issue when trying to access the Video Lectures from within ELMS/Canvas. This occurs when the token being passed from ELMS/Canvas to the Mediasite video catalog page expires. The user will see something similar to the image below.
The token is held in the users cache and at times needs user intervention.
Clear your browser's cache, or use a different browser. After doing so, you will need to log into ELMS/Canvas with your UMD credentials, and navigate to the “Video Lectures” tab in the course page.
